1. PRICES ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

2. LEAD TIME: 30 days on initial orders; 2 weeks for reorders.

3. FREIGHT: Prepaid Ground Transportation only with minimum orders of 4 cases.  Company does not pay for any sorting or segregating.

4. PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 - Date of invoice

5. DAMAGES AND RETURNS: Damaged product must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
   
   Return authorization from BabyKids First Learning Years only. Returns subject to 20% restocking fee plus freight.

6. MINIMUM ORDER: 1 Case (freight paid by customer).

7. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
